Terms and Conditions

Services
Your membership entitles you to use the facilities, equipment, and services available at Fitone Training. Access is granted to all FitOne Training locations unless specified otherwise.

Membership
Memberships are personal and cannot be shared.

Age Limit
Members must be 18 years or older. Exceptions for individuals aged 16 or 17 are allowed with written parental consent. Persons under 16 must be supervised at all times.

Health
Members must not have any health issues that could impede exercise or negatively affect their health or safety. If in doubt, consult a medical professional before starting any exercise program. Fitone Training does not perform fitness assessments for diagnostic purposes but may conduct assessments to track progress.

Liability
Members are responsible for any damage to property or personal injury caused on Fitone Training premises and must cover any associated costs.

Waiver of Liability
Use of Fitone Training facilities is at the member's own risk. Members should only use equipment they are familiar with. Fitone Training is not liable for injuries or damage to personal property resulting from the use of our facilities.

Lockers for Personal Belongings
Lockers are provided for members to use while working out. Please ensure you empty your locker before leaving. Fitone Training may open and empty lockers if a member is not present.

Lost Property or Theft
Fitone Training is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Items left on the premises will be kept for two weeks before disposal.

Code of Conduct
Members must adhere to FitOne Training's code of conduct to maintain a positive and respectful environment.

Suspension/Termination of Membership
Breaches of the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership at the discretion of management.

Access and Security
Fitone Training is open Monday to Friday from 6 am to 8 pm, and Saturday from 8 am to 2 pm, excluding bank holidays and exceptional circumstances. Class times are subject to change without notice.

Sessions
Small Group Personal Training sessions must be used within the month. Unused sessions do not carry over to the following month and may be forfeited. Sessions canceled within 12 hours of the start time may also be lost.

Payment
Members are responsible for their membership payments, even if directly debited by FitOne Training. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of access and possible referral to a debt collector for outstanding amounts. Payments are made at the point of agreement, with automatic debit approval required, any payment failed will have a £24 charge due to administration and processing fees.

Renewal and Cancellation
For monthly memberships, we require two full months' notice before cancellation. For example, if notice is given on March 14th, the notice period starts April 1st, with the last full payment on May 1st, and membership ending on May 31st.

Exceptional Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled if the member moves more than fifteen miles from any Fitone Training facility (with proof of address change) or for medical reasons (with a medical certificate).

Price Changes
Any changes in pricing will be communicated at least one month before implementation.

Referral Scheme
Receive a free month’s membership for each person you refer to Fitone Training,

under the following conditions:

Referees must sign up for a Fitone Training membership.

Referrers must be current Fitone Training members.

The referral form must be completed for the referral to be valid.

Please email hello@fitonetraining.co.uk to obtain the referral form. If the referee's free month falls within their notice period, it will be voided and added to the end of their notice period. If the referee cancels their membership before the referral free month is honoured, it will be voided.
